Terms of Use - End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Apple's End User License Agreement (EULA)

This App is licensed, not sold, to you under the terms of Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your use of the App. By installing or using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of the EULA provided by Apple Inc.

2. Free and paid access

The App offers two ways to use it:

• Free. You can install and use the App at no cost. Some features are limited on the free tier. The free tier does not expire.
• Subscription. A subscription unlocks all current features of the App for as long as it is active. Two subscription periods are offered, billed weekly or annually. Both include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription price is charged to your Apple ID.

Prices are shown in the App Store in your local currency before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled before it ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription, or turn off automatic renewal, in your Apple ID subscription settings. Payment is taken by Apple, and refunds are handled under Apple's refund policy.

If a subscription ends, the App returns to the free tier. Your blocked apps, limits and schedules remain on your device.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Share, resell, or redistribute the App or its content without prior written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are the exclusive property of Adam Park and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adam Park shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
